I was looking for a buy to let property…
I was looking for a buy to let property and managed to find a small one. However, though it was through another real estate agency I wanted to give a shout out to a wonderful young man Mr Sonam Gurung from Prospect estate agency. He was absolutely patient and very helpful to queries, not at all pushy. You could feel he genuinely wanted to help. If you are able to read this Sonam- Thank you. Hopefully I will be able to use your service one day.

Avoid at all costs
The initial service was good. Decent pictures were taken of the house and it went on the market quickly. We were pressured into taking the first offer we had which was £50,000 less than asking price. The agents knew we wanted a quick divorce and fully took advantage of this fact. Once we (begrudgingly) accepted the offer we did not hear from the agents again. I left countless messages which went unanswered. They were slow in providing any response to the other solicitors in the change and I ended up managing the communications myself. Even on completion day, they were nowhere to be seen and I ended up handing the keys over myself to our buyer. Absolutely shocking service. Try Bridges instead.

Kodie Property Manager at Bracknell
Kodie at the Bracknell branch has been my property manager for over a year and I can confidently say she has been fantastic to deal with.
She manages my property in a friendly and professional manner. I’ve found her to be extremely attentive and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed support.
She’s always easy to get hold of, which makes a big difference, and she sends helpful reminders to keep everything on track. It’s clear she’s on top of things and genuinely cares about providing a high standard of service.
As a landlord, it’s reassuring to know my property is being looked after by someone so reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kodie and the Bracknell team to other landlords.

Prospect Bracknell > the BEST lettings agency
We are now into our third year of letting our property through Prospect in Bracknell. Our experience has gone far beyond expectations. From the first meeting with Harry Pangbourn, he gave us the confidence to choose Prospect lettings agency. He was completely open and honest and we felt we could completely trust his advice. We were proven correct. Throughout this time we have dealt with various members of the team in Bracknell (including Oliver) and they’ve all been professional, following through all tasks while keeping us informed at each stage. A big shout out also goes to Katie Clark who is our property manager. We recently had a difficult situation with a tenant which she dealt with head-on and again, kept us informed and went the extra mile for us when the new tenant moved in. Having dealt with a couple of other agencies in the past, we can categorically say that Prospect Bracknell are streets ahead in terms of customer service and communication. They really do take care of the details and represent the landlord exceptionally well. Highly recommended! 5* service.

Great service and support from Ashleigh
We had a great experience working with Ashleigh who supported us with issues we were having whilst moving in, she was incredibly understanding and professional, and managed to resolve the issue within minutes. We felt listened to and respected as younger clients and feel confident should any other issues arise that these would be resolved.

House Sold in Yateley
Sold my House in Yateley with Prospect Sandhurst and dealt with Dan Hopkinson throughout, Dan was always available to help on his mobile, the process was not easy with the chain or the onward purchase. Alongside, Dan Brett supported to chase the chain and the agents. Multiple solicitor mistakes didn’t make this easy however both Dan’s were brilliant to support and managed to get the sale through. Really easy to work with, clear and concise on valuation and regular updates all the way through, would recommend

Our assessment after analyzing reviews
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial text, “Written by the website’s owner,” presents a promotional overview of Prospect Estate Agency. It claims a long history, widespread presence, excellent customer service, and a wide range of services. This section is self-promotional and should be viewed with caution, as it’s inherently biased. The language used is positive and focuses on achievements and reputation, lacking specific details or evidence. It is common for businesses to post such information on their own websites or profiles.

Review 6 (Davide Riggio): This is a very negative review, stating, “Worst company I’ve ever rented a flat with in 7 years in the UK.” This is a very general statement and lacks specific details. This brevity, while conveying strong dissatisfaction, makes it less impactful and less convincing than reviews that offer specific reasons for their negative experience.
Review 7 (Christopher Vipond): A short, positive review indicating that Nikki addressed and resolved issues effectively. While brief, it suggests a positive outcome despite initial problems. The statement that “Nikki cared about the things that did not go well” demonstrates that someone dealt with the problem.
Review 8 (Wrishi): While the reviewer didn’t use Prospect’s services directly, they commend Sonam Gurung for his patience, helpfulness, and lack of pushiness. This review stands out as it praises an employee’s character and service even without a completed transaction. The specific mention of Sonam’s qualities (“patient,” “helpful,” “not at all pushy”) suggests a genuine interaction.
Review 9 (Suzanne Joyce): A very negative review detailing a poor sales experience. The reviewer alleges pressure to accept a low offer, lack of communication after accepting the offer, and poor handling of the sales process. The mention of specific issues like “pressured into taking the first offer,” “countless messages which went unanswered,” and “nowhere to be seen” paints a picture of severe dissatisfaction and potential unethical behavior. The reviewer even recommends a competitor. The specifics provided make this review quite impactful.

The reviewer appreciates Sonam’s knowledge and dedication. The description of Sonam’s qualities (“understands our language,” “always working hard,” “genuine interest”) adds credibility.

Review 14 (Anjula): Another positive review focused on Sonam, emphasizing his communication skills, honesty, and politeness. The reviewer appreciates Sonam’s ability to communicate in their native language and address their doubts. The focus on Sonam’s personal qualities (“honest,” “humble,” “polite”) adds to the review’s authenticity.
Review 15 (Paul): A brief but positive review indicating that Prospect guided them through the house sale process effectively. The reviewer attributes their success to Prospect’s experience. While short, it conveys a sense of competence and reliability.

Review 17 (Ivy and Alice): This positive review highlights Ashleigh’s support in resolving issues during their move-in. The reviewers felt listened to and respected, and are confident that future issues would be resolved effectively.
