Disappointing that it has actually come…

Disappointing that it has actually come to this but I feel I have no choice. I have referred Chris and MGC Agency to 3 people who I work with, 2 are agencies and 1 is a long standing client of mine. The long standing client agreed to have Chris start work on his website roughly 2 years ago, it probably went live 3 months ago. To say it has been a disaster would be an understatement. The client has had nothing but issue after issue with the sites poor build quality, the costs quoted by Chris to fix his own mistakes were as much as the site cost itself. This site itself has now been decommissioned. Totally unprofessional and not what you would expect from a company with supposedly “250” staff lol The 2 agencies I mentioned both had exactly the same issue’s and it came to the point where I lost their business as a result of referring Chris and MGC. Lesson learned though. Avoid at all costs as I’m sure it won’t be long before more reviews similar to this start popping up.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first item is not a review, but a self-written statement by the website owner claiming to add substantial value through bespoke software. This is purely promotional material and doesn’t offer any independent insight into the company’s credibility. It’s a common practice for businesses to highlight their strengths, but such claims should be viewed with caution without external validation.

The review by Jack Kinsey is overwhelmingly negative, giving a 1-star rating and titled “Awful Awful Awful.” The reviewer claims to have placed an order and paid, but never received the product. They state that their attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, with non-functional phone numbers. The reviewer was only able to obtain a refund via PayPal. They speculate that the company may have been legitimate previously but became overwhelmed and subsequently failed to fulfill orders while still taking payments. This suggests potential unethical behavior or mismanagement. The strong language used (“Disgusting”) further emphasizes the negative experience.

Stephen Turner’s review is also extremely critical, awarding a 1-star rating. This review details a significant negative impact stemming from a referral. The reviewer referred the agency to multiple clients, including a long-standing client who experienced numerous issues with a website built by the agency. The reviewer claims the site had poor build quality, and the costs to fix the agency’s errors were comparable to the initial site cost. Ultimately, the client decommissioned the website. The reviewer also states that two other agencies experienced similar problems, leading to a loss of business for the reviewer due to the referral. The reviewer questions the claim of “250 staff” and advises others to avoid the agency “at all costs,” predicting more negative reviews will surface. This review focuses on poor quality work, high costs for fixing mistakes, and negative repercussions for the reviewer’s business relationships.
