A great experience of meeting and reflection

Guided by Agnieszka we worked to transform concept, feeling and experiences of the Pandemic in individuals and collective drawings. In my opinion the time was too short in order to have a real learning of the method.

Great workshop and amazing time spent

Great workshop and amazing time spent. At this workshop I “woken up” my imagination and creativity, and it was interesting to see how individual and collective creativity come along. We talked about current and important issues in safe and creative space. It is also great opportunity to meet interesting people in different way. Important to mention is that all of this is in hands of great facilitator. Fully recommended workshops and I would like to repeat it.

Instructive and fun!!!

The workshop gave me the possibility to learn more about visual facilitation, collaboration and an inclusive framework.
It is quite instructive and fun at the same time. Note that you don’t need exceptional drawing/graphic skills to take advantage of the workshop!
I think a bit longer methodological introduction could benefit the participants 🙂
Recommended!

The ikigai workshop gave me clarity.

I participated in the ikigai workshop led by Agnieszka. She was well prepared for the workshop and led it in a structured way. Her set of questions as I explored the various sectors of the ikigai plot were brilliant and thought provoking. It made it so much easier to do it with someone who didn’t know me but had the ability to guide me in using the ikigai rather than me just doing it alone. It gave me much more clarity on what wanted to do for a living.

Really nice way to think and view the creativity in many angles.
Agnieszka managed to create a safe and pleasant atmosphere to share your creative thoughts and knew how to teach about it in an interesting and clear way.

Also the team members were great people and I got some inspiration from them too.

Curated Creativity

Agnieszka helped me refine my usual creative methods and introduced me to new ones that enabled me to visualise my creative process in novel, exciting, and energising ways. She put so considerable time and expertise into not only preparing a workshop that focused on our own individual needs, but curated the whole process to our peculiar ways of working. We were stretched intellectually and creatively, taken beyond our usual delimiting structures and enticed into approaching problems and ideas from exciting new directions. Parts of the brain that usually remain locked without considerable persuasion became that much easier to access as result. This meant we were given tools for the future.

Excellent, fun and refreshing!

In September 2019, Visual Agency organized a 2-day workshop of my academic research group, to expand, refine and rethink our research into the ways that artificial intelligence may drive societal disruption. Through the course of the workshop, Agnieszka led us in a series of group exercises that were enormously creative, productive, and just really fun. Her program was both tailored to our needs, but also flexible as those needs and focus evolved throughout the workshop.

Throughout the exercises, we were able to considerably rework our previous research models: for instance, I particularly enjoyed one exercise that asked participants to approach our topics from the point of view of an entirely distinct discipline. Moreover, she ensured we set concrete follow-up goals to maintain the momentum post-workshop. I found Agnieszka’s way of working very refreshing, and the experience has not only made me excited about our new research projects, but has also inspired me in my own teaching.

Problem solving the visual way

I’ve taken part in a number of projects with Agi and participated in one of her courses – discovering Visual Agency has changed so much for me! It’s a fantastic concept to bring ideas together and capture them in a unique way. Abstracting complex topics visually all while having intriguing discussions works it’s own kind of magic – no doubt, I’ll stick with some of the techniques I learned from it. Agi gives a lot of input on the course topic and sessions are always full of opportunities to dive into slightly academic ideas on whats discussed. Also, in the workshops, you get to meet an incredible diverse and fun bunch of people from all over the world.
A great chance to expand your horizon and challenge how you used to take on discussing and managing notes.

Creativity..

Joining visual agency course was one of my best decisions last spring. The course equipped me with a list of good readings, handful tools, and new friends. Getting closer to know how creativity works was my prime take away from this. There is an invisible process behind building creative works and Agniezska is so clever in exploring and manifesting this process.

I had a great time and I can only recommend visual agency.

Can only recommend this course!

I was part of the first batch that completed the course on creativity. I have only positive experiences. The facilitator is a creative artist and an inspiring teacher, who takes you on a journey of creativity. You get introduced to art history, creative concepts and how art relates to society. Furthermore you are encouraged at each session to be creative. You get your hands dirty with actual exercises that develop your creativity.

For those who say “I’m just born creative”. Well, no one is. Creativity is a muscle and this course surely trains it. I apply the learnings in my everyday life both professionally and personally.

Very inspiring experience

I took the course offered by Visual Agency: “Developing your creativity”. I loved every minute of it! It was very inspiring for my inner artist, and at the same time it was very useful to learn new brainstorming techniques for my work. Another great part of the course, was the opportunity to meet other expats in Copenhagen and make new friends.
