Infludesk has not paid me in 7 months

Infludesk has not paid me in 7 months. We did an ad with them in February. Their CEO is a disgrace. Constantly ignoring and lying to us in all correspondence.

Never work with them.

They do not pay creators!

They do not pay creators. I’ve been waiting for my payment for over 3 Months. They no longer respond to my emails either. Total scam. The person I worked with was Nazar Polivoda. My contract said I would be paid within 30 days of posting the video. However, they claim they have not received their payment therefore they can’t pay me even though my contract was with infludesk not the brand.

Invoice not paid for Youtube integration

I made an Ekster-wallets ad through Infludesk in December 2023, on my Youtube channel Filmento with 800 000 subscribers.

So far, after 6 months of trying to discuss the matter with Infludesk’s CEO Tomasz Wilczak, I’ve been paid only 30% of the contracted sum.

Meanwhile, I’ve asked Ekster about the matter and they confirmed to me that Infludesk and Tomasz Wilczak was paid by them long ago. The Ekster employee also said that they’ve heard about similar cases regarding Infludesk not paying creators and thus won’t work with Infludesk again.

As a whole, Infludesk seems to have serious money issues and doesn’t seem to be paying many creators. I would take their sudden 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.

I will update this review if and when I’m paid what I’m owed.

We worked with Infludesk for an ad…

We worked with Infludesk for an ad campaign. The payment is now more than 30 days overdue and the only response we have received after MANY follow up emails is “yes we will pay” with no actual information or ETA on payment.

We did an integration together for one…

We did an integration together for one marketplace, communication was prompt, although there were sometimes delays, but we are all human. When the payment deadline came, I was told that I had to wait another week because the delay was the client’s side, so I waited and received the payment.
I am ready to continue our work

A complete scam

A complete scam. Infludesk was the middle man of a brand deal I did and took the money and ran. They scammed me out of $15,000 and no response from anyone! I normally wouldn’t write things like this but it has been nearly 4 months overdue. AKA I am never seeing this money.

Professional Resolution

My experience with Infludesk involved a project that encountered some initial delays. I appreciate how the team addressed these challenges once they were made aware.

It’s great to see a company not just talk the talk but walk the walk too when it comes to fixing issues. Props to the team for their hard work.

Because of their proactive approach and resolution efforts, I’d recommend Infludesk to those looking for their services.

Infludesk has been working with me for…

Infludesk has been working with me for a couple of years now. We’ve done it all, from PPC marketing to website development and SEO. They have really helped me not only to stay current in my marketing but also to remain ahead of the curve. I can’t afford not to be high in the search engine rankings, so I’m grateful that infludesk knows exactly what to do to keep me there. Great job, Infludesk !

I love it

I believe that nowadays it is no longer enough just to create a good service. My partners and I decided to implement the idea of a new business. But how to stand out from the competition? We turned to Influencer. All our needs were understood by the guys at a glance. I literally fell in love with my dream all over again! I would like to note the comfort of working with the managers. We are very happy with the result!

I would highly recommend Infludesk Agency

Infludesk assisted us with the UK wide launch for Cryostar. They created our branding and website which included a custom built location finder tool. They took the time to understand the brief and to create something just right for us. Having a strong brand has helped us to scale quickly and has given us the ability to recruit an array of high end retailers. It has also assisted with our overall marketing strategy and our appeal to influencers which has all contributed toward a successful UK launch. This is our third time working with the Infludesk Agency team and we have enjoyed a good partnership for a number of years. Highly recommended

Great agency which meets all the requirements.

We ran a campaign for 2 months including YouTube and IG influencers in Europe. They done their best to help us achieve our KPI and we finally did it. Special thanks to influencer manager Maria and James who assisted us with everything. They were in touch with us at any moment. I highly recommend this agency.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first review, “Written by the website’s owner,” is inherently biased and lacks credibility. It’s a self-promotional statement, providing no objective insight into the company’s actual performance or client experiences. Therefore, it holds no weight in assessing the legitimacy of Infludesk.

The review from Suhit is a scathing indictment, assigning a 1-star rating and claiming Infludesk hasn’t paid them in seven months. The accusation of the CEO “constantly ignoring and lying” is a serious red flag, suggesting a pattern of dishonest behavior. This negative experience significantly damages Infludesk’s credibility.

Dexter Brown’s review echoes Suhit’s concerns, giving a 1-star rating and stating “They do not pay creators.” The mention of waiting over 3 months for payment and subsequent lack of email responses paints a picture of poor communication and financial irresponsibility. The specific mention of Nazar Polivoda and the breach of contract terms (payment within 30 days) further strengthens the claim of a potential scam.

Filmento’s review is particularly detailed and concerning. Earning only a 1-star rating, it alleges that after six months of communication with the CEO Tomasz Wilczak, they’ve only received 30% of the contracted sum. The added detail of Ekster confirming they paid Infludesk in full but the creator not receiving full payment is a serious accusation of misappropriation of funds. The warning about “sudden 5-star reviews” suggests potential manipulation of the review system.

Court’s review adds to the growing narrative of payment issues, resulting in a 1-star rating. Describing payments being “more than 30 days overdue” and receiving only generic responses (“yes we will pay”) indicates a lack of transparency and unreliable payment practices. This consistent theme of delayed or missing payments is a major cause for concern.

Nigel Farthing’s 5-star review offers a stark contrast to the negative feedback. However, the brevity and somewhat generic nature of the comment (“Ez campaign…thanks to them I can buy food”) make it less convincing than the detailed negative reviews. It lacks specific details about the campaign or the services provided by Infludesk. This review, on its own, offers limited reassurance.

Shane Richardson’s 5-star review is similar to Nigel’s in its lack of detail. The compliment directed at “Lee” for providing quick support is positive, but it doesn’t provide enough information to outweigh the numerous negative reviews highlighting payment issues. This single positive point about efficient QR Code and descriptions doesn’t alleviate concerns about overall financial reliability.

Bradley Clark’s 5-star review praising Infludesk’s “understanding of the industry” and strategic assistance is more substantive than some of the other positive reviews. However, it still feels generic and lacks quantifiable results. While helpful, it doesn’t address the serious allegations of non-payment raised by other reviewers.

Ethan Martin’s 5-star review recommending “Ifludesk Agency” (typo included) is brief and lacks specific details. The mention of Natali suggests a positive experience with a particular contact, but it doesn’t negate the consistent issues reported regarding payments. The short timeframe of “1 mouth ago” might not be sufficient to fully assess the company’s long-term reliability.

Lewis Hamilton’s 5-star review boasts immediate results and reasonable pricing, offering a positive perspective from a business owner seeking promotion. However, the lack of specifics about the type of business, campaign details, and quantifiable results makes it less impactful than the detailed complaints of unpaid creators.

Derek Johnson’s 4-star review acknowledges Infludesk as “a bunch of dedicated professionals” and expresses satisfaction with results from “influencer marketing campaigns for a niche app.” While positive, the review is somewhat vague, lacking specific metrics or details about the campaign’s success. This review is more tempered than some of the 5-star reviews.

Mason Turner’s 5-star review presents a mixed picture. While stating communication was prompt, it acknowledges delays and needing to wait an extra week for payment due to “the client’s side.” The acknowledgment of a payment delay, even with eventual resolution, adds weight to the credibility of payment issues happening, but also suggests they aren’t always insurmountable.

Kyle’s initial 1-star review, later upgraded to 5 stars, describes initial problems but eventual satisfaction with Infludesk’s services. The mention of “Lee” being “very cooperative” suggests a positive customer service experience. However, the initial negative experience and subsequent reversal might indicate an attempt to mitigate negative feedback or an isolated case.

Fabiene Jo’s 5-star review mirrors Bradley Clark’s, praising Infludesk’s strategic assistance and industry understanding. The overlap in language (“Helped us build the best strategy to achieve our goals…Infludesk Media has become an important partner for our business”) raises concerns about potential review manipulation, as it may be a copy-and-paste review.

Kyle’s second review (a different Kyle) is a damning 1-star rating, labeling Infludesk “A complete scam.” The accusation of taking money ($15,000) and disappearing without communication is a serious allegation of fraud. This aligns with several other reviews reporting non-payment and unresponsive behavior, suggesting a systemic problem.

Adam’s 4-star review describes “initial delays” and appreciates the team’s proactive resolution. While positive about their problem-solving efforts, the acknowledgment of initial issues provides additional credibility to the negative reviews mentioning delays and payment problems. It suggests these problems aren’t isolated incidents.

Jan Boniecki’s 1-star review reinforces the payment issue narrative, stating “Company is not paying any invoices” and citing a “lack of any contact.” The claim of ceasing communication after publication is concerning and suggests a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability.

Rabea Bosri Polin’s 5-star review highlights a long-term partnership with Infludesk, spanning PPC marketing, website development, and SEO. This positive experience over “a couple of years” contrasts sharply with the recent complaints of non-payment. However, the lack of specific campaign details or metrics makes it difficult to assess the validity of the claims.

William M Clinton’s 5-star review emphasizes Infludesk’s understanding of their needs and the comfortable working relationship. However, the review lacks specific details about the business, the campaign, or the measurable results achieved. It comes across as generic and promotional, weakening its credibility compared to the detailed negative reviews.

Michael G. Gill’s 5-star review describes Infludesk’s assistance with the UK launch of Cryostar, including branding, website development, and a custom location finder tool. The detailed description of the services provided and the positive impact on scaling and recruitment lends credibility to this review. However, this successful project does not negate the numerous reports of non-payment to other creators.

Agnieszka Kaczmarek’s 5-star review highlights a successful 2-month campaign across YouTube and IG in Europe, praising the support of Maria and James. The mention of achieving KPIs suggests a positive outcome, but lacks any specifics. This detailed project description offers more credibility compared to some of the generic positive feedback, but it cannot dismiss the negative reviews.
