This company is horrible. I have a new website but I had to write ALL of the content and select the pictures. They told me the site would be done in 3 months with SEO. SEO has not been done and they took money from my bank account without authorization. They are a horrendous company, dishonest and duplicitous. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I highly suggest that before hiring Funnel Boost Media, you research what “Black Hat” SEO tactics are, their implications, and consequences. Then, make a decision if you are okay with paying a company to utilize such services.
I hired FBM late last year, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
– FBM stole content from a competitor’s website and delivered it to me as their own work. Upon discovering this, I requested a refund, but they were unwilling to oblige.
– FBM implemented backlinks to my website that are low quality, low authority, and have no domain traffic. This directly violates our contract.
These backlinks are representative of the types found in “Black Hat” SEO tactics, coming from low authority, “fake” websites with strange URLs filled with spam content and posts.
One SEO company told me, “The quality of links is very poor and is coming from sites that receive no traffic but also have very low domain ratings.”
– My website has zero keyword rankings.
– My website has had zero organic traffic throughout our partnership.
I hired two separate SEO companies to conduct a full audit of my domain, and they concluded that no real SEO work had been done and urged me to request a refund. “It is evident that no substantial search engine optimization (SEO) efforts have been implemented to enhance its rankings on Google.”
Despite relaying all my findings and providing evidence to support my claims, FBM was unwilling to offer a refund, despite failing to deliver the work and services outlined in our SEO Contract Agreement.
I highly suggest you take into account all that I have said and research “Black Hat” SEO tactics. Decide for yourself if you are okay with paying a company to conduct these immoral practices that go against Google Guidelines.

We first came to Funnel Boost Media because a previous developer left our website in shambles. We had contact us pages with forms that were not linked to our client intake (we store our data in a CRM) and about us pages where the images of our staff were not lining up with the border on the website. They gave us a great price to fix our website issues, revamp the entire site and also host our site with enhanced security at a competitive price as compared to other companies. Since we got on their hosting they have also done a few quick edits for us for free which is very appreciated.
After the great site experience we started using them for SEO. We work in a competitive healthcare industry and have a handful of businesses within surrounding towns that do the same service. By the time we were with them for 4 months we were already ranking above our competitors and our site visitation and client intake forms sky rocketed. It really made me learn about how important SEO was and we’ve been with them every since, a full 5 years now!

Working with the Best!
I’ve been a client of Funnel Boost Media for 3 years now. Their team has a wide array of services that help us manage a strong online presence within our software industry. I was told that ranking on Google can take some time, especially when competing with popular keywords which we currently are. We had set up a 5-6 month period to expect to rank on the front page, however this happened much faster than we expected and we were already there by the middle of the third month.
Funnel Boost Media even redesigned our website for free during one of their promotions and it looks great now, and very modern. The design team worked hand in hand with me to go over my design ideas for the site and they were able to provide suggestions based on design principles they keep updated on to make sure the site was better than my competitors while also being simple and functional for people visiting the site.
During our 3 years with them we were also approached by other SEO companies that tried to sell us other technology like targeted advertising. I brought this to the team and they were very knowledgeable on these other technologies, explaining why they would not be worth it unless we paid a lot of money. It’s not often you find a company that isn’t constantly trying to sell you new services all the time, constantly bugging you to sign up on the next best thing. They have always been very dependable and trustworthy with this, only letting me know about a service if they felt it matched our company’s marketing strategy while also aligning with price expectations. I can also always call up my account manager, they are very easy to communicate with.

A fantastic SEO company
Funnel Boost Media is a fantastic SEO company. I had to interview 7-8 other companies before signing on and decided to go with FBM. The decision was made out of a combination of price and technical explanation. Unlike other SEO companies, we were paired with an account manager who actually knows how the technology of Search Engine Optimization works. He was able to clearly explain how they will get our site on the front page of Google as well as where our investment goes when we pay. I had clear expectations and we met every 2 months to review how our SEO campaign was going. Each month we saw our key words rank higher and within 3 months we were already on the front page. We now rank 1 and 2 for our keywords today, with website visitation higher than it has ever been. They also set up quarterly meetings to discuss new strategy, technology, and to check in to see if we have any questions, while also showing us how our ranks and site visitation is going. I’ve worked with many vendors as an IT Director and I can truly say with FBM I feel like I’m getting white glove service, where my requests are quickly answered and completed and all of my questions are always answered clearly and in detail. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of, and they make it very easy to have a great business relationship. They’ve also helped edit the website many times, and always complete our requests within a timely manner. I can fully recommend Funnel Boost Media. If you take the time to understand how SEO works and talk with the team, they will be as clear as you need them to be to ensure your investment and efforts do not go wasted. Terrible and expensive 4 month experience with this firm that TANKED OUR SALES call volume and monthly revenue.
Summary: After launch of the “new” website there were countless and costly errors. More critically, there were design flaws that completely destroyed our sales call volume – which has been steady for years. Company just kept telling us the SEO was good. The SEO was not the issue. The issue was the design flaws they created in our website.
Initially, we requested our site, which is quite large and has been long established with good national ranking, be copied (not rebuilt) when the hosting was moved to their site. They insisted on a rebuild of the entire site (I believe they stated that is “how they do it”), and in the process, they created hundreds of errors, missing pages and broken links that took us months to correct. All of this fell to our company to identify – costing us a substantial amount of time and effort to coordinate the team to do. One month after our “new” site was launched, we began to have a noticeable decrease in booked sales calls. Each month our call volume decreased steadily and consistently. We repeatedly questioned Funnel Boost Media about the steady decline in sales call volume – specifically asking if it could be tied to our website flow/customer engagement, which they had changed. Each time, we were reminded our SEO / Analytics looked good and our concerns about our website conversion were dismissed.
After the third month, our sales call volume was down 70%. Our requests to this company were being ignored so in a last ditch effort to work with this vendor and partner with them to fix our conversion decline, we contacted one of the founders, who is currently a top executive of the company. This person completely failed treat the issue with the seriousness it required and did not follow up with a plan as they said they would, was reactive, not proactive, and had our appointed project manager call us 48 hours after our initial contact with him to tell us that we were costing THEM too much money in design changes that WE were suggesting needed to be made, thus we would be charged in the future for any further changes. That’s right – they took their grievous error and blamed us, as if we were a bunch of DIVAS just frivolously requesting constant website changes. We were being dismissed and gaslit to death.
Now with a major drop in our revenue, and tied up with a vendor who was not even willing to address that our website conversion decline MAY be due to they changes that Funnel Boost Media made to it, we were forced to hire another firm to analyze our website. Within a day this new firm spotted multiple errors. We moved our site and had the issues fixed in 2 days. The new company was willing to help us on the weekend due to the urgency of the situation. The result was we achieved a consistent 4X instant increase in sales call volume, starting within just hours of their launch, proving our suspicion it was the broken functionality of the new website that was causing our issues.
In parting, we asked for our last month invoice to be refunded which we considered to be a very generous offer on our part considering the negative financial impact, they had on our company sales over 90 days. They refused. After thinking about this for a few weeks I felt others should know about my horrible experience with Funnel Boost Media. I would personally recommend that you NOT work with Funnel Boost Media.
