No responses…
Signed my daughter up last month, due to a change in circumstances I’ve had to cancel the year profile fee and emailed to ask for a refund, being well within my 14 days cooling period and apologised for the inconvenience, received an email back asking why I was requesting a refund and explained the reason, since then no emails back. Have emailed several times with no response. Would advise to avoid just from personal experience.

Good experience and helpful to prepare for real shots
The photographer Dan was great. He’s a seasoned pro when it comes to photographing kids and was able to give tips and advice on how to get our child comfortable on the shoot and get the best photos we could. Really looking forwars to the shots. Also really nice for the agency to offer this as a way to hopefully boost jobs. Fingers crossed!

Great photoshoot but very limited parking and a bit hard to find.
Dan (of Dan Everitt Photography) was excellent as a photographer and the session itself was enjoyable with great photographs. However, it was a little difficult to find the studio (I recall it was at Unit 20) as the Unit name was not given and there were no signs. In the end, I found it by asking someone who worked there.
Also, it is located in a small lay-by off the very busy Western Avenue so it would be easy to miss the turning. There was no designated parking available so it would help to have a temporary parking permit to display.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The initial statement is written by the website owner and, as such, is inherently biased. It presents the agency in a positive light, emphasizing their trustworthiness, longevity, and range of services. This is standard practice for marketing material and should be viewed with skepticism until corroborated by independent reviews. The claim of being a “leading child modelling agency” also needs external verification.
Emma Jayne Barrett Roberts: This review is short but positive, praising the “fantastic experience” and “great, and professional staff.” While positive, the lack of specific details makes it less impactful and potentially less credible. It provides no information about what made the experience “fantastic.”
Chloe Hawes: This review highlights the ease of booking and the photographer’s skill with their child. Again, it’s positive and mentions a specific positive aspect – the photographer’s interaction with the child – adding slightly more credibility. The simplicity, however, leaves it open to being potentially fabricated.
Kayleigh Falzon: This review focuses on the photographer, Dan, praising his professionalism and ability to make the reviewer feel at ease. It mentions the beautiful images produced and his non-pushy approach. Specific mention of the photographer’s name and qualities lends this review more authenticity. The personal anecdote about feeling at ease is a good sign.
Eunice Oyedeji: This is a short, somewhat vague review stating that the experience was “great,” even though the baby cried. The acknowledgment of a common occurrence (a crying baby) adds a touch of realism, but the lack of detail overall makes it difficult to assess its credibility fully. It’s essentially a positive sentiment without much substance.
Charlotte Walters: This review is more substantial, detailing a positive experience with the agency placing her daughter in a job. It highlights their support and communication throughout the process. This is one of the strongest positive reviews due to the inclusion of specific actions by the agency (“put her forward for the role,” “helped with any questions,” “checked in with us”). This level of detail increases its credibility significantly.
Alexandra White: This is another short and generic positive review, praising the friendly atmosphere and the staff’s ability to work with children. Its brevity and lack of specific examples make it less compelling than some of the more detailed reviews.
Felicity Sohal: This review praises Trevor for making them feel comfortable and being good with their child. It’s concise but positive and includes a recommendation. Similar to other short reviews, the lack of specifics slightly detracts from its impact, but naming the photographer adds a touch of personality and therefore believability.
Heena Kapoor: This review praises the photographer Dan’s efficiency and friendliness and mentions the ease of finding the location. The slight detail regarding ease of location adds a small amount of authenticity, and repeating praise for Dan is interesting.
Alex Moore: This review is a strong positive one. It describes both a positive test shoot experience with Trevor and excellent communication from Nikki and Sandra at the agency. This comprehensive feedback, covering both the photography and agency management, strengthens the review’s credibility.
Sadiyo Abdulqadir: This review emphasizes how well the photographer handled the baby and provided advice. The personal touch of the photographer “handling my baby like his own child” is effective.
Beth Young: This is the shortest review, simply stating “Helen was amazing! Was such a lovely experience!” Its extreme brevity makes it the least credible, bordering on being useless for assessment.
bahija labrazi: Another very positive review focusing on photographer Dan. The reviewer emphasizes his professionalism, friendliness, and suitability for working with children, with a strong recommendation.
Liz Chapman: This review is another brief commendation of Trevor’s professionalism and ability to create a relaxed atmosphere. Like other similar reviews, its lack of specific details is a drawback.
Amber Charlie Stokes: This review is a more detailed positive experience focusing on Dan’s welcoming nature, skill with children, and the overall professional yet enjoyable atmosphere of the shoot. It elaborates on Dan’s qualities, adding credibility.
KIM BROCKHOUSE: A short and sweet positive review highlighting the photographer’s professionalism, patience, and the great shots obtained. The praise is generic, making it less convincing.
customer: This review highlights the easy booking process and Trevor’s professionalism, creating a feeling of ease and confidence. It is still lacking in specifics.
Kinga Szmurlo: This is the only significantly negative review. It describes a frustrating experience with a lack of response to refund requests within the cooling-off period. This review is particularly important as it deviates from the overwhelmingly positive sentiment of the others and raises concerns about customer service. The mention of specific details like “14 days cooling period” and several unanswered emails lends significant credibility to the complaint.
customer: This positive review focuses on photographer Trevor and how well their child responded to him, recommending him highly. Another positive, still lacking details.
Danielle: This review describes Dan as a “seasoned pro” who provided helpful tips. This detail adds value and authenticity to the positive feedback.
Rick: This is a mixed review. While praising Dan the photographer, it raises concerns about the studio’s location, lack of signage, and limited parking. The inclusion of specific details like the unit number and the busy Western Avenue makes the criticism more believable. The praise for Dan balanced with the criticism makes it seem a genuine review.
