I booked the ride to the airport weeks in advance. A few minutes before pickup, the ride was canceled because the driver was waiting for another customer. No alternative ride was offered, and I couldn’t be reached by phone or WhatsApp. It was a disgrace! Luckily, I was able to take an Uber to the airport (even cheaper).

It happened exactly as we agreed
It happened exactly as we agreed. They picked us up from the airport exactly on time without any waiting. On the way back, even though our flight was at 6 am, they picked us up from the hotel at the time we wanted. They transported us quickly and safely in a new luxury van.
