He is an indian but using his name like a foreigner. His name is also not original. He hides his personal name and information because fear of Legal action.

We were promised a replacement for a candidate who left just two days after joining. It’s been over three months, and not only has no replacement been provided, but there’s also been no communication or accountability from their side. Extremely disappointing experience.

The Worst Recruitment Experience

The Worst Recruitment Experience – A Cautionary Tale About Alliance Recruitment Agency

This has by far been the most painful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any recruitment service. It has now been over a month of complete chaos, false commitments, and utter negligence from Alliance Recruitment Agency.

It all started with a person named Jazz, who appeared highly professional and followed up multiple times daily until the payment was made. Once the money was transferred, their true face showed. They created a WhatsApp group with 7 supposed recruiters — none of whom showed any interest or professionalism. Every week, a new person was introduced claiming they were now handling the hiring, offering false promises with zero accountability. There was never a single update unless I personally followed up.

They have no process, no sense of responsibility, and are absolutely disconnected from the concept of client service. Instead of providing verified candidates, they sent irrelevant and unverified profiles, clearly just to keep up appearances.

When I demanded a refund, Jazz conveniently became “unavailable” — always in meetings — and refused outright to refund, despite them failing to deliver anything close to what was promised.

The latest contact, Kristina, is just another name in a rotating door of incompetence — again offering fake timelines and delivering nothing.

This agency is not a headhunting service — it is a scam operation where time, effort, and money are completely wasted. They are engaging in daylight robbery, and legal action should be taken for their fraudulent conduct.

They degrade clients, waste time, and exploit trust — this company needs to be shut down immediately. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and loss. Avoid Alliance Recruitment Agency at all costs.

Very unreliable and disappear

I work for a British company and we needed to recruit a candidate in Libya. I had an initial interview to hire a candidate and then Max Sims asked me to send the details of the job which I did. He then disappeared and resurfaced a week later but then disappeared again and haven’t heard from him since.
Highly unreliable company.

I am going to sue this business for lying to me.

They lie to you. I am a business that used them, and got scammed by this company. I foolishly paid $1,500 USD to use their recruitment services before they started any work. Businesses – do not fall for their dishonest and unethical practices. Use other recruiters who you pay on success and not who make you pay upfront, and then keep your money when you get nothing from it. I am in the process of engaging a lawyer to sue these dishonest recruiters. Here is my story….

I was told the in initial interview by Max Sims that I get a refund if I don’t hire anyone. I have that on video. We had terrible candidates for a javascript role (who failed basic interview questions by our technical team). Their recruiters cannot filter out developer roles and you just get candidates who have been dishonest in their resumes. We wasted so much time with poor quality candidates. I didn’t hire any of their poor candidates.

I went to ask for my money back and they refused. Despite having video evidence and showing them Max telling me I get a refund if I don’t hire anyone. They relied on a contract that said no refunds. Max’s statements to me were misleading and dishonest. They are an unethical company, even when you show them proof of them lying.

I am going to make a YouTube video showing there deceptive business practices. You will see Max’s statements to me, and him and his team refusing to honour the promises of refund if I don’t hire anyone. They gave me a credit but my money, but they are so bad at hiring for technical roles, that it’s useless to me as I will never use them.

I will be suing this company and now I need to engage a lawyer to get advice on Max’s misleading statements to me.

I have a few screenshots of just how difficult these people are. I showed them the video proof

Video 1:
– me asking Max: “if [we] don’t hire anyone, I get my money back, right?”.
– Max shakes his head and says yes.

Video 2:
Max saying I can get a credit note or “otherwise refund.. no problem”.

I relied on Max’s false promises and paid $1,500 USD.

Max and his team just refused to honour what Max falsely said to me. Dishonest. Unethical. Stay away if you are a business.

Be Careful – you pay upfront but they don’t give refunds

This company is very bad. Please stay away from them. I had the worst experience with them. We had terrible candidates for a javascript role (who failed basic interview questions). They made me pay $1,500 USD upfront. They did a bad job. Max, told me in a recorded video Call that I get my money back if I don’t hire anyone. This turned out to be a false, fraudelent and misleading information. I will never use their services again. I wanted a refund and they have given me a credit note. Which is utterly useless, because I will never use them again. Please be careful and don’t use them. I have sent an email to Kyra sharma on 10 July 2024, with my video evidence of Max’s fraudelent and misleading statements.

They are unethical because Max said I will get a refund if I don’t hire anyone – and I didn’t hire anyone. Now they dont want to give back my $1,500 USD.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first review appears to be written by the website’s owner, which immediately raises concerns about bias. The language is promotional and self-serving, focusing on the company’s supposed strengths and commitment to partnership. It lacks specific details or quantifiable results, relying instead on vague statements. While not inherently indicative of a scam, the absence of neutrality significantly diminishes its credibility. It serves more as an advertisement than an objective assessment.

The review from Manish Kumar is extremely negative, rating the company 1 out of 5 stars and accusing them of being a scam. The reviewer claims the company collects large sums of money from candidates with the false promise of jobs and scams small businesses. Specific details are provided, including a name (Max Sim) and a phone number, suggesting a personal experience, though the allegation of a fake name adds another layer of complexity. The vehemence and specific accusations significantly detract from the company’s claimed legitimacy.

Jayan Jay’s review mirrors the negative sentiment, also giving a 1-star rating and labeling the company “100% fake.” This reviewer recounts a specific financial loss (19500 rs for job processing and 15500 rs for a fake medical test), alleging they received a fake offer letter for a Singapore job. The reviewer also provides a name (Vishaka) and phone number, claiming the person is now unreachable, further supporting their claim of fraudulent activity. The level of detail, including monetary amounts and personal contact information, makes this a serious accusation.

Balram Mishra’s review highlights a failure in service delivery rather than outright fraud. The reviewer describes a broken promise of replacement for a candidate and a subsequent lack of communication. While less severe than the previous accusations, it still points to a lack of professionalism and accountability, impacting the company’s overall reliability. This erodes trust and suggests potential issues with service fulfillment.

Rhisita Pal’s review echoes the negative sentiment regarding service quality and competence. The HR Manager claims candidates provided by the company left quickly, no replacement was offered, and communication was nonexistent. The review escalates to personal insults and a threat of legal action, highlighting extreme dissatisfaction with the company’s services and employee competence.

Abijith’s review is a detailed and scathing account of a negative recruitment experience. The reviewer describes a pattern of false commitments, negligence, and a complete lack of professionalism from Alliance Recruitment Agency. Specific names are mentioned (Jazz, Kristina) along with details about a WhatsApp group with unresponsive recruiters. The reviewer accuses the agency of sending irrelevant and unverified profiles and refusing to provide a refund. The language is strong, calling the agency a “scam operation” and recommending legal action. This detailed narrative significantly damages the company’s reputation.

Reem’s review describes a lack of reliability and communication. The reviewer claims Max Sims disappeared after initial contact, making the company unreliable for recruitment services. While not explicitly accusing the company of scamming, the lack of consistent communication damages its credibility.

Marco Simon’s review is a short, positive statement claiming “They have the ability to correct mistakes keep it up.” While positive, it lacks detail and context, making it difficult to assess its genuineness. Compared to the highly detailed negative reviews, this one feels generic.

The reviews from bolorunduro success damilola, Davey Floof, Will Smith, Abdullah Makinde, Tim Molloy, Nikitasij Oz, Anna Misiura, Anthony Ezplumbing are all extremely short and positive, lacking specific details about their experience. They come across as generic and potentially inauthentic, raising suspicion that they might be fabricated or incentivized. The lack of substance contrasts starkly with the detailed negative reviews.

The two reviews from “Nick” are very detailed and highly critical. They claim to have been scammed out of $1,500 USD after being promised a refund by “Max” if no one was hired, a promise the company then refused to honor, even when presented with video evidence. The reviewer plans to sue and create a YouTube video exposing the “deceptive business practices”. The detailed recounting of events, names, amounts, and planned legal action adds significant weight to the accusation of unethical behavior.

Fares’ review is brief but damning: “We paid and we got nothing from them and they stop replying on our emails.” This succinct statement directly accuses the company of taking payment without providing services and then ceasing communication.

The review from Patel Jinu praises the company for exceeding expectations and demonstrating professionalism. The reviewer credits the team’s deep understanding of hiring needs and seamless communication. The review from Jackson Gross claim the agency find a CEO who is a perfect fit for the organization. Those reviews sound promotional and generic, raising suspicion about their authenticity.

alliancerecruitmentagency.com likely a scam
