Over Promising and way under delivering
We tried agency Va after being deceived by their sales staff we spoke with Kaden initially who assured us that we would have 3 Va’s and a manager as part of a call team. What we actually got was 1 Va and a receptionist with the manager who was in and out of meetings and not helpful at all. Be careful when looking into them as a solution the Va’s are frequently sick or on vacation and are less dependable than the alternative of just hiring a customer service rep. During the month of working with them all they managed to do was upset our customers because of the lack of command of the English language and not being able to execute simple tasks like adding/removing a vehicle or executing a payment without multiple phone call and call backs in which we just ended up following up with the customer and performing the task ourselves. We also missed out on about $10,000 in revenue and counting in just 30 days because the va’s could not process application fees or transfer live leads to our licensed agents. Your best experience with this company will be during the sales pitch once you go live prepare for disappointment.

Stay Away!
Started out good, seemed like a good investment. However we found out they have a high turnover rate and no substitute staff if your VA calls in sick, which seemed very frequent for us, a few times they had an absence longer than a week.
There are hidden fees and you’re likely to get robbed as we were, when we ended our 2 year relationship due to their failure to perform per contarct. They charged us a months pay even though Agency VA failed to perform per contract.
As far as competance maybe 50/50 chance, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
