Incomplete Project Delivered and refused to work after full payment
The Organization has not worked up to their promises which they mentioned in their Offer Mail.
When the company wanted to take up the contract, they were very friendly and always ready to listen, but as the time passed, the scenario changed.
The project was delivered with a lot of bugs and all the lead generation form were redirected to Krenovate’s mail ID instead of ours.
The plugins designed by the team are faulty and do not work.
the company promised a SEO of 3 months with 5 blog posts per month for 3 months which they are now refusing to do.
the contract also mentioned page caching services, but we were asked to pay for it extra.
The project is faulty and not at all up to the promises promised.
We were always asked to clear the payments first and when we did so, the people responsible stopped working.
the final reply we got was:
“Thanks for the email.
No further work will be taken up by Krenovate on this project after internal discussions.
It was not a good experience to work on this website.”
This was stated by the owner Mr. Puneet and his Project manager Mr. Bhanu.
The organization does not stick to its promises and has taken INR 15000 for the SEO work, which they are clearly refusing to do.
It is a strict warning for everyone to not to trust the organization as they will leave your work mid way and will discuss internally to not work on your project anymore.
