We hired them via Upwork to set up an abandoned cart email campaign. The primary objective was to make it into users’ inboxes. The founder, Raymond, not only failed to deliver, but they also activated a campaign that was not live and spammed our users with empty messages. When confronted about it was insulting and refused to give a refund for the funds in escrow. Please avoid this operation as they are set up to spam users and have zero knowledge of how to set up a campaign that will deliver results.

Analysis of Micheal Davis’s Review:
This review paints a highly negative picture of 11.agency. The reviewer, Micheal Davis, claims to have hired them through Upwork for an abandoned cart email campaign. The core complaint revolves around the failure to achieve the primary objective (inbox delivery) and, worse, the execution of a flawed campaign that resulted in spamming users with empty messages. The reviewer explicitly states a lack of knowledge on the part of 11.agency regarding effective campaign setup. The accusation of insulting behavior and refusal to refund escrow funds further damages the company’s reputation. The strong language (“avoid this operation,” “set up to spam users”) suggests a deeply unsatisfactory experience. The fact it originates from Upwork adds a layer of accountability, as Upwork has its own review and dispute resolution system, making this potentially a verified issue. A single one-star review, while impactful, needs to be contextualized with other reviews to determine an overall pattern. The review is detailed and specific, adding to its credibility.
11.agency likely scam
