Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Eric promises the world, doesn’t follow through, left me on the hook, and destroyed my credit. Then radio silence…

To give context,
Eric added additional, unrelated business mailing addresses to my office location abusing the power of the PoA we had in place, which incurred additional fees then left me holding the bag when his ill intentioned promises evaporated.
I am still to this day locked out of my own credit reports from the credit bureaus since Eric accessed my credit report information. At that point in time the phone number and email on file with my credit reports was changed and because I don’t have access to new number, I’m unable to open new accounts, I’ve had accounts closed or locked and nearly all of my funds are currently inaccessible.
I’ve since filed reports with both text messages and recordings detailing our conversations with the FTC and other government organizations.

This review was posted a year later because TrustPilot sent a request email to leave a review, but here they are gaslighting me on mental health…

Black flag as in pirate Marine as in boating. The industry I worked most of my life in. Never have I posed as or claimed to be military.
Never once discussed bankruptcy as I had an inheritance coming which is now locked up.
Congrats on the commission of libel and defamation here.
I suggest you cease and desist from further implications.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first review is written by the website owner, which immediately introduces bias. The language is promotional, focusing on services offered and highlighting benefits like “guaranteed distribution” and automating review management. While it provides information about the agency’s offerings, it lacks objectivity and serves primarily as a marketing pitch rather than a genuine customer testimonial. This review should be viewed with skepticism.

The second review, from T.K.S., is extremely brief, stating “Timely, professional, an innovator.” While positive, the lack of detail makes it difficult to assess its authenticity. It could be genuine, but it also could be a fabricated review designed to inflate the agency’s reputation. The brevity and generic nature are red flags.

The third review, from John Stippick, is also short and positive: “Excellent service! Professional and thorough too.” Similar to the previous review, the lack of specifics makes it difficult to verify its legitimacy. While positive, its brevity and generic nature leave room for doubt.

The fourth review, from Jacob Slade, states “Eric has been a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and always exceeds expectations.” This review is slightly more descriptive than the previous ones, mentioning a specific person (Eric) and praising their responsiveness and ability to exceed expectations. However, it still lacks concrete examples, so it is difficult to confirm its validity.

The fifth review, from Jim Shipley, is more substantial: “I recently collaborated with 041 Digital Agency and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expertise. Their team demonstrated exceptional skills in digital marketing, offering tailored solutions that significantly boosted our online presence. The communication was clear and timely, and their commitment to delivering outstanding results was evident. Highly recommend for anyone seeking innovative digital strategies.” This review provides more detail about the services received and the positive impact they had. The language is still positive, but the specificity adds more credibility.

The sixth review, from Enrique Vargas, is brief and centered around a specific person: “Eric is such a brilliant minded person. Always hands on and making sure that everything is organized.” This is another short review that lacks specifics. It’s heavily focused on praising an individual, which, while positive, doesn’t provide substantial information about the services provided.

The seventh review, from Larry Jones, is extremely short and vague: “Used it all week had alot of good calls.” This review is too brief and lacks context. It’s unclear what “it” refers to, making the review virtually meaningless and therefore highly suspect.

The eighth review, from Jack Harrison, claims “Amazing company, the only source I use.” While positive, this review is overly simplistic and lacks any details to support the claim. Such an enthusiastic endorsement without any context is often a hallmark of a fabricated review.

The ninth review, from BlackFlagMarine, is a stark contrast to the previous positive reviews. It alleges “Absolute scam.” The reviewer describes a serious situation involving misuse of power of attorney, financial damage, and identity issues. They also accuse the agency of gaslighting. The level of detail and the severity of the allegations lend weight to this review, even though it’s only one negative review amidst many positive ones. This review raises serious concerns about the agency’s ethical practices.

Overall, the reviews are a mixed bag. Many are short, generic, and suspiciously positive, raising concerns about their authenticity. The single negative review is very detailed and alleges serious misconduct, casting a shadow over the positive testimonials. The combination of generic positive reviews and a serious negative review warrants caution.

041agency.com likely a scam based on conflicting reviews and serious allegations

Note: The above statement is just my personal opinion, you should check carefully at the sources and make the right decision for yourself.
