Greetings:

My name is Dr. Robert Doe (pseudonym):

I wish to have your office at the headquarters in Brno, Czech Republic, investigate my multiple emails I sent to staff at the Prague “Karlovo Namesti” location regarding my repeated requests for an official date change on my air ticket from Bangkok to Prague via “Turkish Airlines”.

Moreover, I am attaching my latest emails as evidence for your inspection.Thus far I have sent a total of three (3) separate emails to the Student Agency staff in Prague at the Karlovo Namesti location without a response in order to attempt to get an official “date change” on my Turkish Airline ticket that was booked at their office. This type of harassment by staff is totally unacceptable to me as a customer. I cannot help to think that these actions are “deliberate,” and therefore, I wish to have your office investigate this matter as an official “harassment complaint”.

As you know, I have a “legal right” as a customer to request a “date change” on my Turkish Airline ticket that I purchased from Student Agency “without” being harassed and ignored by staff for whatever reasons. I have had trouble in the past with the person in the department who is responsible for making “date changes” before at your agency.

In my judgement, you need to put some of these above employees – whoever they are – on “unemployment” and hire “new staff” who are actually willing to answer emails from your valued customers.

Moreover, I promise to follow through with my promise to contact TRUSTPILOT with this incident and ask the public to respond with an international “boycott” against Student Agency in the Czech Republic.

Again, I am asking for a full investigation into the three (3) emails I sent to your Student Agency staff at the Karlovo Namesti office location without any response by staff.

I know that staff in Prague at the “Karlovo Namesti” location in Prague are never busy and therefore staff have plenty of time to answer emails. As such, I cannot help to think that this “neglect” is clearly deliberate on the part of staff and is therefore a form of “administrative harassement”. I now want some answers.

Moreover, if I do not get a formal response to my harassement complaint from the CEO at this time, I will contact Turkish Airlines directly to have the ticket changed by them and lodge a formal complaint with TURKISH AIRLINES  and CITY HALL concerning “Student Agency” harassement against me as a customer. I also wish to explore the legal possibility of the “revocation of your business license” due to all your staff’s neglect and the “hundreds of negative complaints” now being lodged by your customers on TRUSTPILOT as evidence and proof that you should no longer be allowed to continue to operate as a business in the Czech Republic.

Once again, I am calling on the general public at this time and all potential customers to please “boycott” Student Agency for its “poor service” reputation and “harassement” against customers by turning to other travel agencies for your business.

Finally, as you know perfectly well, Student Agency must legally comply with all business practices set by the airlines under which your Agency is registered as well as with the Czech court and under which you have secured your authority to issue tickets as an international travel agency based in Prague, Czech Republic.

Again, I wish to have the CEO of Student Agency at this time thoroughly investigate my three (3) emails and request for a “date change” with your staff at the Karlovo Namesti location in Prague and provide me a summary of your internal investigation concerning the formal “harassement complaint” I am lodging at this time with the CEO of your company formally in writing.

Postscript:

In addition to my “harassment complaint” indicated above, I am now asking the CEO of Student Agency Headquarters in Brno, Czech Republic, to please kindly provide me with the formal business “registration number” with the Czech court and ICO number with respect to your business license information.

This above information is not located anywhere on the Student Agency website, and therefore, I and the general public have a “legal right” to know this above information upon written request in lodging a complaint with City hall and Turkish airlines, that is, surrounding my request for an internal investigation into my allegations of “harassment” by staff at your Karlovo namesti location in Prague.

Shame on them

Absolute low quality of service – mess on the bus, non-functioning coffee machine (which they keep promising, by the way), no headphones, not every bus is in good condition, and finally the worst – unprofessional and even boorish level of driver’s behaviour. They are arrogant, unpleasant and boorish in many cases. And god forbid that you might fall on the steep stairs… the driver quickly turns around and disappears without trying to help or apologize.
Forget about solving any problem with the customer service line, they are NOT interested. They always turn it against you. JJ, Mr. Chief’s talk of great travel and all for the clients is just chatter into the ether! Oh yeah, unfortunately they are the only companies – Student and Flix – you can’t choose from either because the staff is a tragedy.

Wrong information and no refund

I booked a car in Rome and paid Student Agency for it. The reservation was in my name, but the driver was my husband. After arriving to Rome by plane the rental company refused to rent us the car. Unfortunately, SA didn´t informed me that the reservation document must be issued in the name of the driver. After a phone call to SA we were recommended to make a new contract and cancel the old one. Later SA didn´t return us the money for the original reservation, they said the money was used for renting the new car. But we paid the rental company for that so we paied for the car rental twice!

Different bus

I am from the Czech Republic, I am not from a foreign country, so I have a language, I know, how it goes. Yet I failed the way from Hradec Králové to Brno. Bus of the different company came and leave and me plus two other travellers stayed on the platform, waiting for the Yellow bus. Later we were informed by operator, that it’s our mistake, because we should ask the driver, if the red bus is also for SA travellers… They also claimed, that it was written on the electronic ticket. (No, i was not, I use this app regularly.) I am very dissapointed also with the company’s reaction.

Took bus from Brno to Vienna and one…

Took bus from Brno to Vienna and one week later back to Brno. Toilette was smelling so bad all over the bus. Driver was late 1 hour. The whole time talking on his phone while driving saying that company is OK for delays up to 2 hours. Worst experience ever.

Worst bus experience ever

It was 2 times that i travelled with them and 2 times it was a total disaster. At the first time they refused to take my folding bike even tough i payed for it and there was enough space. Only after i blocked the entrance and forced the driver to call his office it worked but i had to wrap the bike in my sleeping bag. Second time the bus was delayed already because there was about 20 more people in the bus than seats. Not to mention that this is illegal and dangerous, it was most uncomfortable. Thank you, never again!

Ticket Booking

Booked a flight ticket with them from Czech Airlines. End up having my name written wrong (they wrote “mr” at the end of my name). Obviously you cannot change passenger name so my ticket is gone. After bunch of calls and emails, I couldn’t get a single penny back. I had to buy the exact same ticket one more time from Czech Airlines. Terrible customer service.

All in all worst experience ever
No sign where to go, phone number not working and no help from the side of Student Agency
With my friend we booked a route from Budapest to Brno. We came to the station and the sign where to go was nowhere, so obviously we asked some guys and were pointed to the right direction, however nothing was there, no bus platform was showing no information about where to go. In the meantime we were trying to call the number provided by Student Agency, but it was not working at all. So we asked again and we were pointed to completely strange place. Of course we got there like two minutes after the set time, but nothing was there. So we had to buy train ticket which cost 6 times more and we got to the final destination after midnight.
After contacting complaint department of Student Agency, we were told that it is completely our fault, acknowledging no responsibility.
