Brave are professional and efficient

Woking with Brave has been breath of fresh air. Their knowledge of WordPress is impressive and enabled us to do things other agencies had said were not possible. The management of our project (hrmanager.co.uk) with them has been spot on, informing us of potential issues in advance, providing us with options, cost implications and hitting targets every time!

Brave are professional and efficient, and a great company to work with.

Highly recommended!

We were recommended by someone that Brave knew their stuff when it came to Social Media ads on Instagram and Facebook so we asked them to help us with a tight deadline time-pressured seasonal campaign with not a huge amount of data for them to get insights on. They did a fantastic job and definitely knew how to get the best out of the campaign. Pretty much happy that I took their steer and basically rebuilt everything out. Not saying it wasn’t a smooth journey, it was a bit rocky for a minute, but they explained it would be and I’m pleased with their honesty. I’m not going anywhere soon 😉 as long as you keep hitting the ROAS we agreed! LOL

Fashion Footwear Marketing

After an underwhelming experience with our previous web host, we got in touch with Brave Agency in the hope of developing as a brand and increasing our conversion rate of our website. That’s exactly what Brave have done for us. With a website uplift, recommendations on user journey and some marketing videography, we have been able to grow our social media following and more importantly increase conversions. Brave’s e-commerce and marketing expertise have truly been invaluable to our business. We hope to sustain this relationship we have built with Brave in order continue our development as a brand and as a business.

A very comprehensive and detailed work…

A very comprehensive and detailed work on our brand positioning and activating our online presence. I’ve now got a Google Adwords account performing exactly where I need it to be and paid social has finally proven to me it can work in their hands. I have no idea why there are so many other agencies out there that promise the earth and don’t deliver! Fabulous!

We commissioned Brave to audit

We commissioned Brave to audit, restructure and manage our Google Ads campaigns. We have seen a 34% increase in sales and 57% increase in revenue.

Their management of our Google Ads account has directly led to a consistent ROI. This has remained strong despite the increased revenue. I’d certainly recommend them to others as they are not shy of telling you how it is and challenging your thinking to get you results.

We’ve just been running our SEO strategy with them for a few months and although we were told “SEO needs about 8 months to kick in” to our surprise, we have already increased the majority of our keywords (converting ones) to a much higher level than we anticipated. Thanks for the short term performance guys and girls!

Open and Transparent Agency

After speaking with many agencies, we settled on Brave as they made no promises but just presented us with the facts on the landscape we were looking to penetrate. Since we have many clients in our portfolio ranging from automotive, through to FMCG to high end gifts with a considered purchase mentality we needed to be confident we’d get honest advice. Although the campaigns we ran took a while to gain momentum, (which they were up front about) we decided to carry on and accept a test and measure approach. They were really open, their data was on-point and provided me with access to Ad Technology which would prove whether or not our products would perform in the market place our client was looking to gain traction in. Their ability to gather the audience data really helped us realise we needed to change our tact along the way and made us make some hard decisions midway. It’s not been an easy journey but they’ve stuck with us whilst we’ve kept an open mind. Here’s to more successful campaigns!

Avoid for high end luxury

Effectively they had no idea how to market to and target online customers for a high end luxury clothing brand, yet failed to hold their hand up and admit their lack of knowledge and expertise in this area. Instead authoritatively encouraged us to spend large sums of money with zero results.Very poor show.

Very knowledgeable and capable team.

In 2009, we first entered the world of e-commerce, selling Aston Martin parts, accessories and merchandise to customers worldwide. With the site approaching 10 years old and not being mobile friendly, we decided that a comprehensive overhaul was required. After a very disappointing ‘false start’ with a different agency, who managed to loose all of our SEO equity and attract Google penalties, we were very relieved to find Tony and the team at Brave. Despite the technical jargon, it was clear to me that Brave Agency operated in a different league altogether. 12 months on, the site has been rebuilt from the ground up by Brave and within three months, the improvement in performance is dramatic. We have recovered our SEO performance and the increase in orders and turnover has been significant. We now look forward to working with Brave to continue with the site development and digital marketing strategy.

Trust in Brave

When my previous web developer announced he was retiring, I was filled with dread knowing that I would have to start from scratch with an unknown, untested and untrusted replacement. That role was is now fulfilled by Tony and his amazing team at Brave. Trust is the most important element when embarking on a new business relationship and being a sceptic at heart I thought it would be a while before they got mine. Brave proved to me fairly quickly that by investing in SEO and managing my PPC results would be seen immediately. How right they were, I now have implicit trust in the recommendations they now make; so much so that we have undertaken a fresh new branding and new bespoke website to really capitalise on the SEO that can be built in at the start that will further enhance our presence. I would not hesitate to recommend the services offered by Brave to anyone who wants to grow their business, it only takes a call. Jon W.

Great Team, Great Company A+

We engaged the services of Brave at the start of 2017. As an engineering company we have always been hesitant about engaging this type of service. However I am pleased to say that the Brave Team have been fantastic. they have delivered a new brand, new website, new brochures and a new product launch alongside a corporate show in the space of 6 months and to the highest quality. I cannot recommend them enough. Many thanks to Tony, Raymond, Gary and the rest of the team involved. A great achievement and we are proud to be associated with you.

I’ve worked in digital for 20 years and …

I’ve worked in digital for 20 years and have met agencies who underdeliver and underperform. Brave Agency have always managed to produce amazing projects for me over time and any recommendation to other businesses have always ended up with them benefiting from working with them. It’s so hard to recommend a good agency these days and I’m so confident with them every time.

A progressive, forward thinking marketing agency

Thank you for all your great work Brave. Brave have always worked closely with us on developing and implementing cross channel branding and online strategies. Tony has been on-hand at every step of the way and has helped and backed up our own hard work over the years. He has a very personal approach and has really helped Calmababy to better understand it’s potential from a branding point of view

I have worked with Brave Agency on a number of projects. I love their scientific approach to website usability and their design skills add the icing on the cake. Your best choice for Digital and Print Projects

They are a great agency who are full of ideas and enthusiasm! We are more than delighted to be supported by Brave on our digital and print projects. Their strategic support and visionary approach has inspired not only me personally but my entire team to think big and aim high rather than just being reactive. I’m confident that with Brave’s expertise and guidance over the years we have and will continue to drive growth.

Awesome

21 years ago, I decided to build a business and called up these guys to come up with a brand which would last and one I could roll out across multiple shops. So glad I took their advice to do it properly and invest in it properly. It’s definitely supported the way we build the brand in our shops, the way we conduct ourselves and how we talk about the company. Our brand is well recognised now and worlds apart. Cheers guys for all your hard work and advice!

Professional advice and deliver high quality service

Brave have helped me redevelop my brand, develop a new logo, and uplift my Magento website. Their advice from start to finish has been thorough and everyone I speak to seems to have passion for what they do. Looking forward to working with you to grow my business and tap into the potential. I would say to anyone out there who is looking for a new agency, seriously consider talking to these guys as so far, I can’t praise them enough.

Great organisation and impressive creativity

Brave and Creative worked with great commitment and paying strong attention to details. Their creativity and their ability to transform an apparently simple draft into a fully interactive and attractive parallax (or any other web project for that matter) is a fantastic asset that convinces me of working further with them.

I was very happy to work with them.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The first piece of text is an introductory statement from the website owner, which should be taken with a grain of salt. It’s a self-promotional blurb highlighting their experience and capabilities. While not inherently untrustworthy, it lacks independent verification and serves as a marketing statement rather than an objective assessment.

David Shakespeare’s Review: This review is overwhelmingly positive, praising Brave Agency as an extension of their own team. It highlights approachability, knowledge, and availability. The specificity of mentioning “elevated our email marketing strategy beyond expectation” adds a touch of credibility. However, the enthusiasm could be slightly tempered for enhanced realism.

Joel Combes’s Review: This review emphasizes Brave’s WordPress expertise and project management skills. The mention of “hrmanager.co.uk” adds a specific project reference, increasing credibility. The review highlights their problem-solving abilities and consistent target achievement. Overall, it reads as a solid and believable testimonial.

Craig Stapley’s Review: This review is detailed and mentions a “tight deadline time-pressured seasonal campaign.” It includes a degree of realism by acknowledging a “rocky” period, which is more convincing than solely positive feedback. The mention of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and the expectation of continued success adds further weight.

Omar Kaskin’s Review: This review focuses on the positive impact Brave Agency had on website conversion rates and social media growth. The mention of “marketing videography” and “e-commerce and marketing expertise” adds specificity. The desire for a sustained relationship further suggests satisfaction.

Tony White’s Review: This review highlights improvement in Google Adwords performance and paid social results. The expression of confusion about why other agencies fail to deliver adds a touch of personal emotion and strengthens the testimonial. The use of “Fabulous!” at the end, while enthusiastic, is within acceptable limits for a positive review.

Whitewater Training’s Review: This review provides quantifiable results, such as “34% increase in sales and 57% increase in revenue,” which substantially boosts credibility. The mention of auditing, restructuring, and managing Google Ads campaigns further details the services provided. Acknowledging the agency’s directness and challenging approach adds authenticity.

RW’s Review: This review emphasizes Brave’s transparency and data-driven approach. It mentions the agency’s honesty about the time it would take to gain momentum, which adds to the review’s credibility. The reference to “automotive, through to FMCG to high end gifts” indicates a broad client base. The reviewer’s discussion of changing “tact” and making “hard decisions midway” enhances the sense of a genuine and complex working relationship.

Sundip Bhundia’s Review: This is the only negative review and states that Brave Agency lacked expertise in marketing to high-end luxury clothing brands. This review provides a valuable counterbalance to the overwhelmingly positive testimonials. It is specific in its criticism: “effectively they had no idea how to market to and target online customers for a high end luxury clothing brand”. The presence of this single negative review actually increases the credibility of the overall review set as it demonstrates a lack of filtering or censorship.

Nicholas Mee & Co Ltd’s Review: This review details a significant website rebuild after a negative experience with another agency. The specific mention of losing SEO equity and attracting Google penalties provides a context for the positive turnaround achieved by Brave Agency. The claim that performance dramatically improved within three months is substantial and specific. The review’s length and details inspire trust.

Jon Weed’s Review: This review emphasizes the importance of trust in a new business relationship. The reviewer claims to have been initially skeptical but was quickly convinced of Brave’s abilities. The intention to invest in new branding and a website to capitalize on SEO adds credibility. Overall, it conveys a strong sense of satisfaction.

Sam Gibbons’s Review: This is a short, simple review that praises the website design. While positive, it lacks detail and specificity, making it less impactful than more elaborate reviews.

Paul’s Review: This is an extremely brief review mentioning “Great friendly prompt service.” Its brevity diminishes its impact and credibility compared to the other, more descriptive reviews.

Kevin Walker’s Review: This review mentions engaging Brave at the beginning of 2017 and the agency delivering a “new brand, new website, new brochures and a new product launch alongside a corporate show in the space of 6 months.” These specific achievements add credibility and the review shows the quality of the business relationship.

Iain Hartup’s Review: This review carries weight due to the reviewer’s 20 years of experience in digital marketing. The claim that Brave Agency has consistently produced amazing projects over time adds to their credibility. The review shows the reviewer confidence about the Agency.

Chris Duff’s Review: This review emphasizes Brave Agency’s close collaboration in developing and implementing cross-channel branding and online strategies. The personal approach and understanding of “Calmababy’s” potential strengthen the testimonial.

Angela Lambert’s Review: This review highlights the combination of art and science in Brave Agency’s approach, resulting in profitable websites. Quick response times and ease of communication are also mentioned, contributing to a positive impression.

Craig Stapley’s Second Review: This second review from Craig Stapley reinforces the positive impression from his first. He mentions Brave’s ability to inspire his team to “think big and aim high,” indicating strong strategic support.

Rob Tyler’s Review: This review states that Brave Agency came up with a brand in 21 years ago. It also claims that the company brand is well known.

Kamil Kasperek’s Review: This review highlights Brave Agency’s help in redeveloping his brand, logo, and Magento website. The claim that everyone he speaks to has “passion for what they do” adds a personal touch.

Diego Macias’s Review: This review highlights Brave Agency’s creativity and attention to detail in transforming simple drafts into interactive web projects. This shows that the agency is dedicated to the customer.
