I’m the CMO of COCOLI.com, an online marketplace of secondhand furniture and design. We engaged web marketing company WeAdu a year ago after launching the startup, to manage our Google Ads, and we are happy to give them a five-star review.

I’ve worked with WeAdU for ten years, and they have exceeded my expectations for yet another year. The team increased our eCommerce revenue generated from Google Ads by over 25% compared to 2021! This is a positive outcome, considering the changing economic landscape of online shopping and the fact that most of my competitors saw a decline in sales this year due to the Covid situation in China.The team’s response time and the work that goes into our campaigns are some of the many reasons we continue working together.
2022 was a challenging year for our account as we experienced more than a quarter without growth when Google forced us to replace our Smart Shopping campaigns with PMax campaigns. Even if it’s never pleasant to go through a period of decreased activity, the experience has taught us to trust WeAdU and be patient with our campaigns. This time, it paid off. Jeff and his team tried numerous methods and never gave up searching for a solution, and they eventually discovered it in September. Since then, our campaigns have been experiencing growth that more than made up for the sluggish previous quarter. They managed to do this by creating a script that automatically shifts our products from one campaign to another on a daily basis, based on their ROAS. They refer to this system as RPLS.
It was inspiring to witness the growth of WeAdU as an agency. Until 2021, Jeff had been almost single-handedly managing our account, which was always a cause of stress for us when he was away or unavailable. We now feel much more secure knowing he has a whole team behind him. Although the team is still developing, I have given WeAdU 4 stars as we had a significant tracking issue that took some time to resolve.
My marketing team is delighted to have WeAdU as our paid search partner. Jeff, Fabio, Max, and Malala constantly go above and beyond for us, and we feel well taken care of. READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM. I’ve reached out to them in October looking for an agency to help scale our ads spent. The “pay-per-result” was very appealing, and almost too good to be true. Started chatting with Alexandra, a bit rude but I put that on the fact that she was probably busy. Too about 2-3 weeks just to get the contract signed. Contract stated that payouts will be based on a performance table, which was fine by me. During their audits, they’ve identified some aspects which could be improved on our ads strategy, including pmax. We’ve told them that pmax was not working in our case, we’ve tried it before and never yield any results. They still wanted to do it. So they get into the account, and mentioned there was an issue with our feed. They said they could fix it, but for $259 that we would have to pay before any work is done. We were never aware that we would have to pay some “add-ons” on the contract, since during the audit no issue was mentioned, and no “adds-on” either. We’ve solved the issue in about 5 minutes on our own, and mention that we would never told about some extra “add-ons” that would have to be paid to work with them, so it would be clear. After a couple of weeks, and money spent on pmax, they’ve confirmed that it was not working. Yeah, we know, we’ve told you about a month ago. So we’ve lost a monthly budget and a month on basically nothing. They come back and say that they will try a new strategy, but for that they would charge $259 to set up a new tracking. Our tracking was working fine, and all of the items/metrics that we wanted to track was in place and tracking properly. They wanted to add a new specific tracking, which we really did not cared about, and they wanted to charge us for it. It’s been 2 months now, and with them we’ve add approx. 1-2 sales, that’s all. We had 4-5 sales a day when we were doing it ourselves, so not only was this contract a waste of time and money, but BEWARE about the pay-per-performance – they will only end up trying to charge you stuff on the side to cover their costs. It’s a scammy way to get business into contract with them, and then charge them bunch on stuff that ultimately will cost you more than the cost of an agency. I’ve deal with Jeff, the owner of the firm, and never interacted with someone this rude with a client. Be VERY CONSCIOUS that you’ll probably regret it going in bed with them. If you check their reviews, most of the reviewers have left only one review in their lifetime.
If you’re still unsure, you can also see the response they are giving to my review – this by itself is a good enough indication on the type of relationship and business you’ll have with them.
