Do NOT come here for insurance
Do NOT come here for insurance. Their company is absolutely A W F U L.
If you’re wanting a company that can help you understand auto accidents, have great prices on insurance plans, have wonderful customer service representatives, and a company that doesn’t keep you in the dark – DO NOT COME HERE.
SCAM INSURANCE. AWFUL RATES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, AND HORRIBLE WITH DEALING AUTO ACCIDENT CLAIMS.

Horrible servicio. I’ve been contacting them for weeks. My car was stolen and it’s been 4 weeks and zero responses. Raul Masias takes me to the mailbox and every time I call the company, it’s a minimum of 30 minutes that I’m on hold trying to contact an agent so that last time I can cut off the call? what horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. DON’T HIRE.

I like this insrance only had to waite…
I like this insrance only had to waite over 6 months to fix my car after a deer smacked the side of her. Was horrible trying to get back and forth 45 min from anywhere while pregnate. After a few months of that my car was finally fixed after I treated to get a lawyer involved surprisingly stuck with this insurance but due to that situation my insurance went from 359 to 149 then I rerended someone and it went up a dollar but 150 for full coverage on a 2014 isn’t to bad expecilly because I got a limited edition car. They do eventually fix your car but it takes time. They didn’t fix the car I rerended because the girl didn’t even have a license and her car was dented from a previous issue my car hit hers going 1mph in a parking lot but with all that I’d still recommend this insurance 👌 better quote than farmers and geico at least for me and the customer service isn’t bad either I only threated a lawyer because I love 45 min from any hospital and I was 8 months pregnate

Like talking to family
The lady I spoke with was kind and easy to talk to. My last experience was so bad I almost cancelled. The lady talked over me and was so mean I actually almost cried. They raised my insurance and didn’t tell me and she made me feel stupid for not knowing. My current phone call today was completely different. She laughed and was so helpful. Felt like I was talking to a family member.

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
Analysis of Reviews for Pacificstarinsurance.com:
Review 1 (Madison Lewis): This is a very negative review, rating the company 1 out of 5 stars. The reviewer strongly advises against using this insurance company, labeling it a “SCAM INSURANCE” and citing “AWFUL RATES” and “HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.” They also complain about poor handling of auto accident claims. The strong language and multiple capitalizations suggest a high level of frustration and a very poor experience. This review raises significant concerns about the company’s service and claims handling processes.
Review 2 (Felix Arteaga moreno): This review also gives a 1-star rating and describes a “horrible servicio.” The reviewer claims to have been trying to contact the company for weeks regarding a stolen car, with no response after four weeks. They specifically mention Raul Masias and long hold times (minimum 30 minutes) when trying to contact an agent, leading to them hanging up. This account points to severe communication issues and potential neglect in handling claims, further fueling concerns about the company’s customer service.
Review 3 (Nicole Sotelo): This review is almost a duplicate of Felix Arteaga moreno’s review, giving a 1-star rating while describing a “horrible servicio.” The reviewer claims to have been trying to contact the company for weeks regarding a stolen car, with no response after two weeks. They specifically mention Raul Masias and long hold times (minimum 30 minutes) when trying to contact an agent, leading to them hanging up. This account points to severe communication issues and potential neglect in handling claims, further fueling concerns about the company’s customer service. This similar review could indicate review manipulation or a systemic issue.
Review 4 (Madison Gunter): This review is mixed, giving a 4-star rating despite detailing a lengthy and frustrating experience. The reviewer mentions a 6-month wait to fix their car after an accident, requiring significant travel while pregnant. They acknowledge the situation was difficult, involving threats of legal action, but ultimately state they “surprisingly stuck with this insurance.” They also note a decrease in their insurance rate afterward. While acknowledging the initial problems, they indicate that their current rate is reasonable and recommend the insurance, finding it better than Farmers and Geico. This suggests that while problems might occur, there are aspects to like about this company.
Review 5 (customer): This is a very positive review, rating the company 5 out of 5 stars and praising “Pauline” for her “amazing” attitude and helpfulness. It suggests a positive customer service interaction. This review contrasts sharply with the negative reviews, suggesting the experience can be highly variable.
Review 6 (customer): Similar to the previous review, this one is also a 5-star rating and specifically commends agent “Pauline” for being “most resourceful,” “very knowledgeable,” and “empathetic.” It emphasizes the rarity of such agents and urges the company to retain her. This further highlights the potential for positive interactions with specific agents within the company.
Review 7 (Lourdes Perez-Borroto): Another positive review (5 stars) praising the “customer service” as “on time & very profesional, caring staff!” This adds to the positive feedback regarding the customer service experience, indicating that some customers have very favorable interactions.
Review 8 (customer): A 1-star review. The reviewer says “Pauline was such a great help, she explained everything to me in a clear way. Thank you so much for such big help!” This review does not align with the 1-star rating.
Review 9 (customer): This one is similar to 8. Pauline is the target in this review, “Pauline helped me and was exceptional”, rating 5 star.
Review 10 (TonyG): A positive review giving 5 stars and praising the “excellent service!!” Specifically, Jessica from the claim department is mentioned as “extremely helpful and kind.” This again highlights positive experiences with specific employees, this time within the claims department.
Review 11 (customer): This is a brief, positive review with 5 stars. The reviewer focuses on the positive attitude of the “Lady” they spoke with, emphasizing her willingness to help. This reinforces the idea that some customer service representatives provide excellent support.
Review 12 (customer): Another concise and positive review (5 stars). The reviewer commends Jacqueline Aranjo for being “very kind and efficient” and “worked fast.” This continues to suggest positive interactions with certain employees.
Review 13 (Amy Harrop): This review is a 5-star rating. The review contrasts a negative past experience with a recent positive one. The reviewer highlights the kindness and helpfulness of the current agent, comparing the experience to talking to a family member. They reference a previous negative experience with another agent who was “mean” and didn’t communicate changes properly. This emphasizes the variability in customer service experiences within the company.
PacStar General Insurance Agency, Inc. likely a mixed bag, proceed with caution.
