Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, switched insurance agencies and they billed me again for $65 and sent me to collections over it, I’m unsure how I owe them $65 but I got a letter from collections to pay it, there was no left over balance on the insurance and my monthly payment was $120 so I’m unsure how I owe $65

Analysis of Review 1 (Christopher Benge):
This review expresses extreme dissatisfaction. The customer, Christopher Benge, rates the company with only 1 out of 5 stars and labels their experience as “absolutely terrible.” The core complaint revolves around an alleged billing error. Benge claims to have switched insurance agencies but was billed an additional $65, which was then sent to collections. He disputes the validity of this charge, stating there was no outstanding balance and that the amount doesn’t align with his previous monthly payments. This suggests a potential issue with billing accuracy, communication, or unresolved account discrepancies. The fact that it went to collections further exacerbates the negative experience, potentially damaging the customer’s credit score. The review indicates a serious breakdown in customer service and financial processes. The vagueness (“unsure how I owe them $65”) and the immediate action of collections suggest either a process flaw or poor communication/resolution management by the company.
BlueStar General Insurance Agency, Inc. likely legit but potential billing issues.
