I would have given them a better review but for the cold email despite them promising me future credit applied when I was charged for unqualified or duplicate leads, it’s been 2 months and they keep not crediting . The worst part is they really don’t have a customer support or billing department contact so my only point of contact keeps promising me credit but then it’s not applied. I had tried to be patient even though they tell me it’s not their policy to immediately credit but only do future credits (which isn’t how I run my business).

Been using for 3-months now (over $10k spend)
Set up was quick, service was great but the booked calls didn’t come in or were terrible. What I didn’t like most about the company was how they defined a ready to meet lead. Even if a lead wasn’t interested they kept pushing to us that it was and charged us for it. We ended up downgrading their services immediately because we were charged continuously for not ready and unqualified leads.
