DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
We ordered our so called “Italian leather” couch 3 years ago and it has rips and stains, we never used the headrests since the beginning since they’re malfunctioning, they advertise that it’s real leather but after many conversations back and forth according to them only on the “seated parts” so the rest is faux leather, which is still hard to believe see the pictures for proof.
– Fake advertisement.
– Horrible customer service, never pick-up the phone, lack of responding via e-mail or if they respond it’ll be 30 days.
– Don’t compensate or come up with a great solution to keep the customers satisfied.

As I did not know exactly what I was…

As I did not know exactly what I was looking for I made many requests for changes on my website during development. I now have a fully interactive website that I am in control of. There were some delays but ultimately what I was delivered was above and beyond my expectations.

Started in April and we still do not have a website.
They never seem to get changes correct.
Every month we end up dealing with a different person.
We have spoken with them, and they now promise to complete our project.

This company is a disaster!!!

This company is a disaster. They took forever and then just try to sell you everything you don’t need or that is required to make a site functional. I paid and now my website is down after only being up for a short time, and now they want me to buy more items. I should have stuck with my quicken site I had for years with none of the BS these guys give. Stay away!!!!

Scam company – Fraud Sales guys including their manager who lies without fear, .

Scam company – Fraud marketing & sales staff. I had given deailed requirements of what kind of ecommerce platform i need. Indian guys started calling me in visibly artificial english accent , i let it go and tried to focus on what they can do for me. I asked for thier past work which was similar to my needs. He gave me 3 website names They gave me 3 names : 1.skooli.com
2.. hirelevel.com

Both websites had lot of simialrity to my work. i was extremely happy. I asked him to give me one contact at those customers whom i can talk to and confirm how was the development timeline etc. He said it is confidential and he can not give me any name. I felt odd. I decided to do due diligence. We emailed them and asked them about if primedesignagency has done the development for them. They informed us that they do not know them. I have asked for clarification on this from the sales person and his manager multiple times but suddenly they stopped replying to me or contacting me.

I in quired about their Oakland office in california, i have been informed that they are changing their office so i should not go there as they wont be able to meet me.

The communication of the team really helped us throughout the project. While working together with the team on the open-source development of our website, we were continuously updated about the progress, and I’m glad I chose them.

Update: This is a SCAM

UPDATE: As you can see, my review has been verified, so I bought from Prime Design Agency and my nightmare was real. To resolve this, I had to take it all the way to filing a complaint against my bank for not ensuring that my money from Prime Design Agency was refunded. I was given that refund, even though Prime Design Agency refused to refund me because I had SO MUCH proof. So, if you have issues, maybe consider filing a consumer complaint about your bank if they refuse to refund your money from these scammers.

This is a SCAM. Be aware. Go look at their BBB profile. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. GO AND LOOK FOR YOURSELF. There is no mystery here; it’s a hustle.

I canceled within the first hour of even discussing the website and they have been giving me the run around since then. I am in the process as we speak of reporting them. Do not do business with these people.

Great Website Experience with James Anderson at Prime Design Agency

I contacted Prime Design Agency and delt with James Anderson to develop a website for my photography business (Dale Blake Photography). I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about website development but James was there and helped me through every part of the development of the site. It is now up and running and looks great. James was very patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. If you need a website, Prime Design Agency is great choice.

Wow that’s all I can say about this…

Wow that’s all I can say about this company. They have honest reviews removed because they don’t want to be outed. Please do yourself a favor and look for someone else they will take your money. 100% guarantee is a fake and they will tell you they will refund your money and they don’t. I will continue to spread the word honestly about this company and continue to write reviews. Trust pilot stop letting them flag honest reviews!!!!!

This company is a horrible please read…

This company is a horrible please read this review before even thinking about doing any kind of business with this company. August of 2021 I paid Prime design agency $2,850 to design my website. Not only did they not design my website they kept on having other employees calling me every week to try to upsell me on things I shall never receive. When I would write them on 24designdesk.com which was the platform they gave me to communicate back and forth I would never get a response from anyone I would contact them everyday and every day I would be speaking to a different employee who knew nothing about my project. This is wrong and very unprofessional on how they treat small business owners you trust them from an American to an American please do not do business with these people I have already filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and contacted my attorney. I am willing to spend what I have to spend on an attorney to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anybody else this is ridiculous I don’t know how they can get away with this. I’m sure the 80% five-star reviews that they have are written by their own colleagues within the company. Please do not do business with this company ever.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.
Company offers a money back guarantee that they do not honor.
The staff aren’t based in California and the service is comparable to a conveyor belt lacking passion and interest for your brand.

Sales people work harder than the creative team.

When asking where they are based they will not tell you. When asking for the owners contact info they will not tell you.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews

Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews

The initial statement, “Written by the website’s owner,” immediately raises a red flag. Self-written testimonials are inherently biased and lack credibility. The language used is generic and promotional (“surpass your expectations,” “creative digital solutions”), offering no specific details or evidence to support the claims. This section contributes negatively to the overall assessment of the company’s trustworthiness.

Robin van Lamoen – 1 star: This review is highly negative, detailing issues with a product (“Italian leather” couch) and customer service. The customer alleges false advertising regarding the leather composition, describes poor communication (lack of response, long delays), and expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of resolution for their problem. The inclusion of “pictures for proof” suggests that the customer has evidence to support their claims. This review significantly damages the company’s credibility.

Fya – 1 star: This review is short but intensely critical. The reviewer uses strong language (“Horrible x 10000,” “completely UNDONE,” “worst design company”) to express their extreme dissatisfaction with the company’s services. The reviewer claims that the company failed to follow through and took an excessively long time to complete the project, ultimately delivering an unfinished product. This review further undermines the company’s reputation.

James Runavich – 5 stars: This is a positive review, stating that the final product “was above and beyond my expectations.” The reviewer acknowledges some delays but seems ultimately satisfied, especially with the interactive nature and control they have over their website. However, the caveat “As I did not know exactly what I was looking for I made many requests for changes” could suggest that the project might have been simpler than others. This review offers a contrasting perspective, but its impact is lessened by the surrounding negative feedback.

Nicholas Capaldi – 3 stars: This review presents a mixed experience. While not overtly negative, it highlights significant issues with project management and communication. The reviewer states that the website was not completed after several months, changes were not implemented correctly, and they had to deal with a different person each month. The statement “they now promise to complete our project” suggests ongoing problems and a lack of initial progress. This review raises concerns about the company’s reliability and ability to deliver on its promises.

Peter Langan – 1 star: This review is strongly negative, describing the company as “a disaster.” The customer complains about excessive delays, attempts to upsell unnecessary services, and a non-functional website. The fact that the website went down shortly after launch and the company then requested more money further suggests questionable business practices. The comparison to a “quicken site” emphasizes the customer’s extreme disappointment. This review adds significant weight to the negative sentiment surrounding the company.

Andy – 1 star: This review alleges fraudulent practices and deceptive sales tactics. The reviewer claims that the company provided false examples of past work, failed to provide contact information for purported clients, and stopped responding when challenged. The mention of artificial English accents and a questionable office location adds to the impression of a potentially unethical or scam-like operation. This review is particularly damaging due to the serious accusations of fraud and misrepresentation.

Anil Shah – 5 stars: This is a positive review, praising the company’s services as “best of the best.” The reviewer mentions ease of working and timely completion. However, the lack of specifics makes it seem generic, and its impact is lessened by the overwhelming number of negative reviews. It’s also notable that positive reviews often lack detail compared to the negative ones, which are typically more descriptive and emotionally charged.

Distam Son – 5 stars: This review focuses on the team’s communication skills and the continuous updates provided during the project. It highlights the open-source development aspect of the website. While positive, the review is somewhat generic and lacks specific details about the project itself. The positive reviews are often very similar, potentially indicating they could be less genuine than the more detailed negative reviews.

Andrew Bratt – 1 star: This review is strongly negative and alleges scamming behavior, even claiming harassment. The reviewer uses derogatory language and expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the communication. This review, while emotionally charged, could be seen as less credible due to the offensive language, but the underlying accusation of scamming aligns with other negative reviews.

Julie Johnson – 5 stars: This review praises the company’s knowledge, responsiveness, and friendliness, and expresses satisfaction with the professional website they built. This is a positive review; however, it uses very generic terms making it less impactful than the negative reviews that often contain specific details.

Caroline James – 1 star: This review unequivocally labels the company as a “SCAM.” The reviewer details a nightmare experience, resorting to filing a complaint with their bank to get a refund. They also urge others to check the company’s BBB profile. The reviewer emphasizes their negative experience by saying they canceled within an hour and were given the “run around.” This review is extremely damaging because it contains concrete details and recommends further investigation through the BBB. The “UPDATE” aspect also adds weight to the review’s authenticity and negative impact.

Horace Blake – 5 stars: This review is positive, focusing on the helpfulness and patience of a specific individual (James Anderson) during the website development process. While positive, this review may be less credible, because of the mention of a particular individual. Such a precise detail, without a corresponding LinkedIn profile or other confirmation, could be a signal that the review is not authentic. Also, given the nature of the negative reviews, it is hard to believe that James Anderson’s website building ability is this superb.

Jyothsna Kasturi – 5 stars: This review states a good experience, mentions logo design and website creation, responsiveness, and timely completion of changes. This review lacks specific details and reads like a formulaic positive testimonial. It is unlikely to counter the strongly negative reviews.

J. Wilson – 1 star: This review accuses the company of removing honest reviews and not honoring its money-back guarantee. The reviewer vows to continue spreading awareness of the company’s practices. This review reinforces the themes of dishonesty and fraudulent behavior found in other negative reviews. It also makes an accusation that they remove honest reviews which is concerning.

James Smith – 1 star: This review is highly critical, describing the company as “horrible.” The reviewer details a negative experience involving a large payment, lack of website design, constant upselling attempts, and communication issues. The reviewer has filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacted an attorney. This detailed account of a frustrating and expensive failure adds significant weight to the overall negative assessment.

Storm Realty Group – 1 star: This review highlights terrible service, a dishonored money-back guarantee, a lack of passion, and unhelpful sales tactics. It also mentions the unwillingness to disclose the company’s location or owner’s contact information. The reviewer contrasts the enthusiasm of the sales team with the lack of creativity of the creative team. These are significant red flags.

primedesignagency.com likely a scam
