I have been dealing with this company…
I have been dealing with this company since 1992. I have referred a number of my colleagues to them as well. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing Legal Malpractice Insurance. They do everything to help and are extremely professional and patient. They have the customer’s best interests always in their approach. Toni Kane is GREAT. Ask for her and tell her I said so.

Excellent Customer Service
The successor of my old agency (I had been with this group 31 years) at the 11th Hour finally sent me an unreasonable quote for renewal. It was nearly 4 times my last year’s premium. This was done only five days before my policy cancelled. The old agency had had my renewal information for nearly a month. I called Daniels-Head and worked first with Betsy Koeppe and then Danielle Collavo who put together great coverage for me at a cost of 35% of what my old agents quoted me. In fact, my new policy has better coverage than the coverage that I was trying to renew. I am super impressed with this agency. This was all done in a very short time frame.

Somewhere AFTER I mailed my payment to DHIA the check was lost. I eventually had to ACH the payment and put a stop payment on the check. The entire experience cost me more money than expected. I’d have paid by credit card but the 3 percent fee adds considerable cost to the premium so is not worth it.

Amazing professional service
I have obtained my professional errors & omissions insurance through Daniels-Head for more than 15 years. I have stayed with DHIA because of the amazing services it provides. There is a real level of comfort knowing that DHIA will work over and above to help me.

Our assessment after analyzing reviews
Below are the analyze and conclusion of us about above reviews
The first piece of text provided is not a review, but a statement by the website owner, describing the business and its goals. This is common and generally doesn’t impact the legitimacy of the reviews themselves, but should be noted as marketing content and not a customer’s independent opinion.
Review 1 (customer): This review is very short: “Prompt friendly service and timely advice.” It’s a positive review, but the lack of detail makes it difficult to fully assess its authenticity. It could be legitimate, but it also lacks specific information that would make it more convincing.
Review 2 (G. Michael): This review is even shorter than the first: “Extremely responsive.” It provides very little information to go on and raises similar concerns about authenticity as the previous review. The extreme brevity makes it difficult to determine if it’s a genuine customer experience.
Review 3 (Carol Contes): “I’ve been with them for years…and they are absolutely THE BEST! Excellent service, professional help, knowledge of products, etc.” This review is more detailed and mentions specific qualities such as “excellent service” and “knowledge of products.” The reviewer claims to have been a customer for years, which adds some credibility. However, it still lacks specific examples. Its highly positive and enthusiastic tone is a common trait of both genuine positive reviews and potentially biased or incentivized ones.
Review 4 (Steve M. Columbus, Ohio Attor): This is a strong and detailed review. The reviewer mentions being a customer since 1992 and having referred colleagues. The specificity, including the mention of “Legal Malpractice Insurance” and a specific employee (“Toni Kane”), lends significant credibility to this review. It feels like a genuine, long-term customer experience.
Review 5 (Ruth): This review is also detailed and positive. It narrates a specific situation where the agency provided better coverage at a lower cost after the reviewer’s previous agency quoted an unreasonable price. The inclusion of specific details, like the comparison of the old and new quotes, makes it a more credible review.
Review 6 (customer): “Convenience and quick service response. All done as established long time client.” This review is relatively vague and lacks the detail needed to fully establish its credibility. The mention of being a “long time client” adds a little weight, but more specifics would be helpful.
Review 7 (John A. Don): “Got myself in a legal jam & Attorney Protective stood by me throughout the entire difficult process. Excellent attorney representation & counsel.” While positive, this review lacks detail about the specific legal issue or the services provided. It’s slightly vague, but the sentiment seems genuine.
Review 8 (P Hammer): “All very professional and responsive.” This review is very short and generic, providing minimal information to assess its authenticity. It’s positive, but not particularly helpful in determining the agency’s credibility.
Review 9 (Robert Muench): This is a mixed review (3 stars). The reviewer describes a negative experience with a lost check and additional costs. This review is valuable because it presents a less-than-perfect experience, which can be a sign of authenticity. Negative or mixed reviews often lend more credibility to a review set, as they demonstrate a willingness to publish diverse opinions.
Review 10 (Aaron Maples): “Great team. Easy to work with. Responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend.” This review is brief and positive, but it is also somewhat generic. While it recommends the agency, the lack of specific details makes it less compelling than some of the more detailed reviews.
Review 11 (Patrick Earl): “The renewal process was easy and I have been with them for years.” This review is concise and indicates a long-term customer relationship, which adds some weight to its credibility. However, it lacks specific details about what made the renewal process easy.
Review 12 (ASHTON): “The renewal experience was great! Just a small amount of info, the representatives were available to help, turnaround time awesome, and the costs affordable.” This review provides more detail, mentioning specific aspects of the renewal experience such as ease of information input, helpful representatives, quick turnaround, and affordable costs. This makes it a more credible and informative review.
Review 13 (J. Rose): “Karen always makes my renewal easy!” This review is short but personalized, mentioning a specific employee by name. This adds a bit more weight to its authenticity, as it suggests a real interaction with the company.
Review 14 (R. Ball, customer): “Very fast and easy service to get the coverage I need.” This review is straightforward and positive, highlighting the speed and ease of service. While it lacks extensive detail, it is a concise expression of satisfaction.
Review 15 (customer): “Fast freindly service.” This is a very short and generic positive review. Due to its brevity and lack of specifics, it’s difficult to ascertain its authenticity definitively.
Review 16 (Chuck Stoddard, Paladin Legal Defenders, So. Cal.): “Fast, easy and convenient.” This review, though short, includes professional affiliation which can add a layer of trust. However, it lacks specific details about the service provided.
Review 17 (Paige A.): “Great customer service! Responsive, listened to my concerns, addressed all questions fully, and got my policy issued quickly and for a great rate!” This review offers more specifics, mentioning responsiveness, attentive listening, thorough answering of questions, quick policy issuance, and a good rate. This makes it a more convincing and helpful review.
Review 18 (customer): “Very helpful reminders. Reduction of paperwork highly appreciated. Every communication with staff is excellent.” This review highlights specific aspects of the service, such as helpful reminders and reduced paperwork. The positive feedback on communication with staff adds to its credibility.
Review 19 (Tim Barnes): “I have obtained my professional errors & omissions insurance through Daniels-Head for more than 15 years. I have stayed with DHIA because of the amazing services it provides. There is a real level of comfort knowing that DHIA will work over and above to help me.” This review demonstrates long-term loyalty and provides a strong endorsement of the company’s services. The length of the relationship (15+ years) adds significant weight to its authenticity.
Review 20 (customer): “I called the office and got a quick answer to my question. One day later, I received a copy of my policy.” This review is concise and highlights the promptness of the service. It provides a specific example of quick response and action, which adds to its credibility.
